In this roundtable discussion, DLS scholars will consider the relevance of humanist and post humanist philosophies to legal theory and practice. Using the different contexts of organised violence and drug use, we will explore how new and emerging technologies shape our conceptualisation of life and death, human and non-human, and everything in between.
