This research theme is concerned with examining the ways the law can be utilised to address the causes and consequences of inequality, marginality and deprivation.
We adopt doctrinal, theoretical and empirical approaches and engage with government and law reform bodies to advance rights and remedies through areas of law including the common law, anti-discrimination law and the law of human rights.
